Successful transaction of MAXIMUM Group of Companies with PJSC GTLK
At the beginning of August, the MAXIMUM Group signed another leasing agreement with PJSC GTLK for the transfer of 500 units of platforms intended for the transportation of saw-timber, models 13-9997 produced by OJSC ZMK, Engels, for financial lease. This agreement became the final part of the transaction on leasing of the Maximum Group of Companies 1500 wagons in the period 2017-2018.
As part of this agreement, in June 2017, a contract was signed for the transfer of 1,000 units of hopper cars for grain transportation model 19-9950 produced by PJSC "BVRZ". The first batch of 80 wagons was delivered to the lessee in July of this year. The delivery of wagons under two contracts is planned for the period from July 2017 to June 2018, the total amount of financing of the contracts is more than 4 billion rubles.
This transaction is intended to strengthen the position of the MAXIMUM Group of Companies in the market of timber cargo transportation, as well as to take a leading position in the segment of grain carrier fleet transportation, securing the 3rd place among operators–owners of rolling stock in the territory of the Russian Federation. Leasing of modern rolling stock against the background of an increasing shortage of these types of wagons is part of the strategy and a timely step on the part of the MAXIMUM Group of Companies.
In addition, this transaction demonstrates strong partnerships among all its participants - one of the largest operators of rolling stock - GC "MAXIMUM", the leading leasing company - PJSC "GTLK" and manufacturers of modern railway cars - CJSC "ZMK", PJSC "BVRZ".
Summing up the results of successful cooperation, it can be stated that the MAXIMUM Group does not hide its ambitious plans in the segments of transportation of grain crops, as well as forest cargo.
