Cooperation with PJSC VTB Bank
In December 2018, the name of one of the largest banks of the Russian Federation appeared in the loan portfolio of Maximum Group – PJSC VTB Bank became the new financial partner of the Group.
The Bank ranks second in the ranking of the largest Russian banks in terms of assets. A credit line for the Group's companies in the amount of 500 million rubles was provided as part of the loan portfolio refinancing program, the attraction of a loan from PJSC VTB Bank was the final stage of this program, which was carried out in 2017-2018.
According to the Financial Director of the holding M. Kunaev, according to the results of the work done, about 70% of the Group's debt on a long-term basis is concentrated in leading Russian banks: Sberbank PJSC, VTB Bank PJSC and Unicredit Bank JSC, which in general quite convincingly characterizes the dynamics of the credit rating and financial indicators of Maximum Group over the past two years.
